Artisanから3度目のリリースとなる「T2」。前回のUltimated Editionのリリースから約3年、最新テレシネ技術を最大限に駆使して新たにHD(high definition)用のマスターを作成、THXで甦った今回のリリースは、映像クオリティの目覚ましい向上が一目瞭然。前回のエディションにあったデジタル・エッジやノイズがきれいに解消され、ディティールの再現力は見事な出来ばえ。音声はDD5.1EXのみでDTS音声はないが、前回のリリース同様の高い水準をキープ。
機能性を無視したメタルケースはレリーフ状の造形物。メニューには16分長いスペシャル・エディション版のみリストされているが、隠しコマンドによるアクセスで劇場公開版も収録されている。 |
