Planet 51という名の惑星に着陸した宇宙飛行士のチャールズ。その星で50年代のアメリカさながらの生活を送っている緑色の生物たちにとって、チャールズは恐るべき宇宙人の侵略と思われてしまったからさぁ大変…！人間も他の惑星では宇宙人、というシチュエーションを面白おかしく描くCGアニメーション。声の出演は、ドウェイン・ジョンソン、ジェシカ・ビール、ジャスティン・ロングら。
