平和な氷の世界で、マンモスのマニーとエリーはもうすぐ生まれてくる赤ちゃんの準備で大忙し。一方、サーベルタイガーのディエゴは平和ボケしてしまった自分を見つめ直そうとひとり旅に出る。そんな親友たちの姿に寂しさを感じたナマケモノのシドはある日、穴から落ちてしまい、氷河の真下に広がる不思議な世界でティラノサウルスの卵を発見。ティラノ・キッズの親になると張り切るシドだったが、ママ恐竜に見つかりキッズともども恐竜ワールドへ連れ去られてしまい…。
