1943年、ナチス第5女収容所では残忍なSS大佐フォン・クレイベン（ジョルジョ・セリオーニ）と冷酷な女看守長、命令に従う医師スタイナー博士が実験を指揮のもと残酷な拷問や人体実験が日夜繰り返されていた。ロシア戦線から若い兵士たちが送り込まれ、女囚たちと“生殖実験”を強要される。その中でも兵士ヘルムート（ミルカ・カルべン）とフランス人レジスタンスのミレイユ（パオラ・コラッジ）が愛を育むが…！1970年代のナチス・エクスプロイテーション代表作となるセルジオ・ガローネ監督作品。
